Mini loader hire FAQs

JustHire has two mini loaders: the Kanga Loader 6 Series (1030mm wide, 22.1hp, 434kg tipping load) and the Tracked Kanga Kid (791mm wide, 20hp, 361kg tipping load). Both are $172.73/day and come with standard attachments included.
The main difference is size and access. The Tracked Kanga Kid is narrower at 791mm wide compared to 1030mm for the Kanga 6 Series, making it the better option for tight spaces like side gates and small garden beds. The Kanga 6 Series has a higher tipping load (434kg vs 361kg) and faster top speed (7km/h vs 5.4km/h), so it suits open sites where more throughput helps.
Both mini loaders share the same attachment range. Optional attachments and their daily rates are: Fork Arms ($40), Concrete Mixer ($40), Turf Cutter ($50), Auger ($50), Tiler ($60), Trencher ($80), Aerator ($80), Slasher ($100), and Stump Grinder ($160). All prices exclude GST.
Yes. JustHire offers delivery at a small additional cost. We cover the area from Tweed up to North Brisbane, including Logan, Ipswich and Redland. Contact us on 0468 991 155 or enquire online with your delivery address for a direct price. You can also pick up from our Stapylton depot (20/38 Eastern Services Road, Stapylton QLD 4207).
Additional charges include diesel at $3/L, a cleaning fee of $35/hr if returned dirty, and a $50 fee for cancellations under 24 hours. Equipment must be returned the way it was taken — refuelled and clean. Operating hours for pickup and drop-off are 6am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. A valid licence is required to hire.
Yes. All JustHire equipment, including the mini loaders, is fully insured — so you don't need to arrange your own cover.
